This months issue of American Craft Magazine has a few photos that Angie recently had the privilege of shooting. Erin Cullerton, of Design Agency Co, contacted her to photograph some of the winning designers of this years American Craft Council San Francisco show. These designers got to create their perfect space to be featured at the show and in the magazine.

Who doesn’t love a vibrant Summer, especially if you can smell it or eat it? Combining colorful, fragrant flowers and delectable macarons, Angie and Kiana of Tulipina worked together to create this sensory collage of color. Grab your sunglasses…it’s going to be a bright sunshiny day!

There’s even a set of instructions for making rosettes for your prize-winning pets! Oh, you don’t have a pet that regularly wins agility competitions or competes in dog shows? This is an exciting month for published work. Chronicle Books released Party Origami, another book/craft kit with Angie’s photos on the front and back cover. So if you’re a fan of cute paper crafts and animal figurines wearing fashion accessories, pick up a copy!
Summer may officially be a thing of the past, but that doesn’t mean we can’t cling to our summer state of mind with fun pastel colors and sweet treats. Angie worked with prop stylist Jesse Silver to bring cheery colors and contemporary energy to her recent editorial shoot, and the photos look positively perfect. We enjoyed having Jesse in the studio because she’s a stellar prop stylist, but we probably would have asked her to visit just so we could hear about her life as a houseboat resident. Even talking about houseboats make us feel like summer is still pumping through our veins.
If we keep shooting jobs like this, it can be summer all year…right?
